Q Do you offer onsite consultations?
A Yes we offer on site consultations at no charge. Many installations do not require a site survey before we roll a truck as we perform hundreds of installs every month without ever seeing the room before hand. Our office staff know just the questions to ask in order to determine whether we should head to your house to take a look first.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
A Our technicians can swipe Visa and Mastercard in your home, as well as accept Cash & Check.
Q Do you offer any computer services? If so what?
A We offer home network service. We will install the wires or setup the wireless infrastructure necessary to get your home computer(s) on the internet, but we do not repair computers or remove viruses. We will however provide you with a recommendation for a company who can help you in your area, or we encourage you use www.AngiesList.com
Q What are your installation hours and typical turn around times?
A We understand that our customers can’t always be home during the typical 9 to 5 service window. We install from 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday. Remember that Saturday always books up the fastest, so call in advance. We generally have a 1-3 day wait for a service opening.
Q Do you sell the equipment?
A If by equipment you mean the TV or Audio/Video sources you would hook up to your TV, then NO. With so many retailers and online eTailers offering great prices these days, we will direct you to the spot that gives you the best value for your dollar. When we design a quote for you, we will even tell you which models to purchase and where to get them. We do, however carry the majority of specialized audio/video accessories and custom devices needed to make it all work together. Our trucks are fully stocked to ensure you don’t have to make that last minute trip out to Radio Shack.
Q Are there any hidden costs I should expect during my installation?
A Our process is designed to keep you in the loop from beginning to end, so we employ schedulers who “pre-qualify” you to make you are aware of most items that may pop up during the install before we roll the truck. Additional items to think about are: Electrical Outlets if there is not already an outlet behind your TV, Drywall Repair/Painting if we need to make cuts to gain access to run wires, Interconnecting A/V Cables needed to connect all of the your devices the best possibly way.
